TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The body, which provides high efficiency with its Evolution profile, is manufactured from black sheet metal of appropriate thickness with profile reinforcement. Large types are in two parts for ease of transportation and installation, and the parts are coupled with bolts via flanges. In addition, in large types, a leak-proof cover is made that enables intervention inside the body. The suction funnel, which provides high efficiency by preventing turbulence thanks to its shape and profile, is manufactured from sheet metal of appropriate thickness and connected to the body with flanges.
The rotor with backward curved blades is connected to the hubs made of cast iron with bolts and then passed to the splined shaft.
Vibration and noise are minimized by dynamic and static balancing. The rotor shaft, which ensures long life and vibration-free operation, is ST 42 steel shaft.
Double row self-aligning ball or roller bearings suitable for the fan size are mounted in cast iron bearings with covers and lubricators, and contractions are completely prevented during assembly. The bearings are machined with the necessary precision and tolerance to prevent vibration and noise. Fan and motor pulleys are balanced by using cast-iron bushing pulleys that are wide enough to carry the number of belts appropriate to the fan size. Working in open areas Belt and pulley protection is provided in the fan.
